Chapter 11 - Primarily for businesses and corporations, the debtror may reorganize and restructure the debt while continuing business operations.
Chapter 13 - Probably the most used form of the bankrupcy system, the consumer debtor is allowed to retain all property while paying creditors over a period of up to sixty months. Unsecured debt is a percentage of the amount owed depending on total assets and income.
